Please, do not forget that the fridge/freezer should be turned off 48 hrs before cleaning.

We also perform only internal cleaning of windows, all the furniture in the property / cabinets, tables, paintings, lamps, sockets, switches, doors, window sills, / interior blinds-dedusting only / removing of cobwebs, vacuuming and floor cleaning everywhere.

* These prices are valid for all areas of London. (inside M25)

** There is an extra charge only for London Central Zone – Congestion charge  £15 plus parking and ULEZ charge


We guarantee the quality of our service within 72 hours after cleaning. If you have comments on the quality of the executed service, it is our duty to completely eliminate the faults at our expense.

Before any cleaning our staff inspects for damages on the furniture, appliances, surfaces and so on. In establishing such the owner is informed in advance.

If during or after cleaning our employee inflicted damage, we will inform you and will pay the value of the damage.

If the personal luggage is not removed in advance from the property – the warranty is not valid anymore.



The payment can be done in the following ways:

  • Bank transfer – same day before the service. (Bank details will be provided)

  • Cash payment –  same day after cleaning 

  • Card payment

After the payment we can send you an INVOICE to your email address or to a physical address.

If the personal luggage is not removed in advance from the property – the warranty is not valid anymore ! ! !


The standard service End of Tenancy Cleaning does not include the following types of cleaning:

  • Carpet Steam Cleaning

  • Upholstery Steam cleaning

  • External windows cleaning

Since these services require additional time, specific equipment and preparations, they are paid extra. If you want some of them to be done, let us know in advance for clarification of price.
